Working Process:

Rice mill Flow Chart:

Paddy Cleaner → Destoner → Paddy husker → Paddy Separator → Rice Whitener → water polisher → Rice Grader → Color Sorter → Packing

(1)Rice finishes being cleaned by vibrating/drum sieve, destoner and magnetic separator, and then through rubber roller husker for hulling, by paddy separator get pure hulled brown rice

(2) Through Rice Whitener and Rice polisher get finish quality white rice
(3)Husk, broken rice, rice bran etc by product are collected out from machine respectively.

The Importance Of Flow Control In Rice Mill

Flow control refers to each production process in the same period of time, to complete the balanced decline of production. The practice shows that flow control is the precondition of establishing normal production order and ensuring product quality, and the guarantee of improving production efficiency and reducing production cost.

Methods and steps of flow control:

(1) After the analysis of appearance quality and milling quality, experiment and production verification of rice before processing, the material balance decline chart is drawn as the basis of flow quantitative control.

(2) According to the control and adjustment indexes of each equipment, the operator adjusts the equipment to achieve the best operation state.

(3) Establish key flow control points, such as in the points of feeding, brown rice, white rice and finished products, etc.; especially in the flow adjustment at the entrance of the first rice machine, it is the core of flow adjustment in the previous and subsequent processes.

(4) The programmable controller is used to control the equipment and flow, obtain the data collected by the intelligent instrument of each control point and the running state of the equipment, analyze the flow data in real time, display the flow fluctuation in dynamic graph, and alarm when the flow exceeds the material balance decreasing area. For processing plants of 100t / D and below, the optimal flow can be adjusted through the manual feed gate and marked on the gate; at the same time, the flow can be observed and adjusted through the buffer bin on each main equipment to achieve the purpose of flow control.
