Working Principle
The wheat brushing machine is used in the cleaning section of flour mill. It has the functions of cleaning the surface of wheat, removing mud, wheat wool and other impurities. It is a kind of light beating wheat machine with weak striking effect and strong friction effect. It makes use of the striking and stirring action of the high-speed rotating beater to make the wheat collide and rub with the working face of the paddle beater and barrel toothed plate, and form the mutual friction between the wheat grains, so as to wipe off the dust and impurities on the surface of the wheat grains, break up the mud lumps, and lay down some wheat hairs and skins. The light impurities are first inhaled into the fan and then sent to the dust collector for collection.
