Rube Goldberg Machine Makes the Tastiest PB&J Sandwich

We love ourselves some Rube Goldberg contraptions, and the more complex they are the better. This one by YouTuber Joseph’s Machines took our breath away.

Joseph begins by sitting idly and reading a book. He then decides he wants a sandwich, so he pulls on a lever named BREAD. Joseph has several levers hanging on top of him.

Two of them are called PEANUT BUTTER and JELLY, indicating he has all the ingredients for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. As he pulls the BREAD lever we see a series of complex and intricate interactions take place that lead to a piece of bread being placed on a blue plate.

We would describe these interactions here but as they are quite complex and humorous, so it’s best to watch them. Next, Joseph pulls the lever that says PEANUT BUTTER and a whole new process begins that even involves the throwing of some peanuts.

Finally, some peanut butter is placed on the previously set bread. What comes next? You guessed it, jelly! But this time things don’t go as planned when he pulls the JELLY lever.
